PRODUCT TRAINING & FIELD DEMONSTRATIONS

Due to technological advancements in our industry, unfamiliarity with new or existing products is common. Assistance is sometimes necessary when installing new products. HES provides product awareness through training and demonstrations. This is provided at Open Houses, Product Luncheons, or even on site. Applications engineers are available to answer customers' questions or concerns at each branch location. 

PUMP SYSTEMS THEORY & APPLICATIONS COURSES

Headwater offers entry level and refresher courses to Groundwater Professionals and our own staff. Over the course of five days, attendees will start with the basic fundamentals of pump systems theory building towards advanced hydraulic and system design. Hands-on electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting are part of this unique and informative course. The course is completed with quotation practices and sales presentations training. The attendees will leave with a broader understanding of Pump Systems Theory, Applications and Sales. Please contact your Territory Manager for dates and locations.
