Headwater can meet the specifications that are required when supplying a new system or retrofitting an existing pumping system. Whether it is customizing a discharge head or a submersible well head, many projects require parts that aren't available. Our capabilities include fabricating submersible and lineshaft well heads, motor adapters, flanged column pipe, and customized skid packages, and numerous specialty items.

Impellers on submersibles and centrifugals occasionally need to be trimmed to meet specific performance curves. Headwater Engineered Systems has on site capabilities for trimming impellers. Headwater also has on site capabilities for trimming impellers from 4" through 20". In order to meet specific operating conditions and to prevent motor overload, our engineering staff can assist in determining specific trims to help ensure the longevity and efficiency of the pump system.
